Key Responsibilities: * Design and develop optimization models for marketing use cases (audience allocation, action prioritization, business constraints, multi-objective problems). * Build and maintain traditional machine learning models (propensity, scoring, classification, regression, segmentation). * Design, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B testing, uplift modeling, causal inference) to measure incremental impact. * Translate business problems into clear, actionable analytical formulations. * Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and Software teams to deploy models into production. * Evaluate performance, robustness, and impact of implemented solutions. Nice-to-have: * Experience in retail, marketing, CRM, or personalization. * Experience working with large-scale data and cloud environments (GCP). * Experience deploying models into production.
