Key responsibilities: Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure Python-based solutions; analyze, optimize, and modernize existing systems; define architectures, technical standards, and best development practices; integrate applications, APIs, databases, and external services; conduct code reviews, testing, and technical documentation; resolve high-complexity incidents and issues; provide technical guidance to the team and support technological decision-making. Requirements: Minimum 15 years of professional software development experience with advanced proficiency in Python; verifiable experience in software architecture and high-availability systems; advanced knowledge of Python ecosystem frameworks and tools; experience with REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, Git, automated testing, and agile methodologies; solid knowledge of security, performance, integration, and application deployment; ability to analyze existing systems and propose viable improvements; experience leading development projects or teams technically; excellent communication skills, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities.
