In this opportunity, we are looking for a new **S\&OP Engineer**, responsible for coordinating and validating the Company’s S\&OP process, formalizing it and ensuring its ongoing monitoring, while fostering collaboration across departments to support demand planning and financial indicator alignment through accurate company-wide sales forecasting and information integration.
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
* Preparing performance reports, identifying deviations between plans and actual results, and proposing corrective actions to support demand estimation aligned with the department’s strategic objectives—using a structured and precise methodology.
* Designing complementary and unified demand forecasting models across various procurement systems to achieve monthly sales forecasts within established timelines.
* Preparing reporting and KPIs to support supply chain decision-making.
* Coordinating and preparing interdepartmental meetings to effectively integrate information and align sales forecasts.
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Statistics Engineering / Mathematics or Industrial Civil Engineering.
* Industrial Civil Engineer, Mathematical Civil Engineer, or related field.
* 4–5 years of experience in demand forecasting or S\&OP roles.
* Advanced Excel; SQL knowledge is desirable.
* Availability to work full-time on-site in Las Condes, Metropolitan Region.
* High level of commitment, service orientation, and holistic business vision. Methodical approach, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
