Job Summary: We are seeking an autonomous and proactive professional to analyze regulatory and normative initiatives in Chile and Peru, generating high-value information for the regulatory strategy. Critically and comprehensively analyze regulatory and normative initiatives in Chile and Peru. Responsible for timely, accurate, and high-quality submission of periodic reports required by regulatory agencies: Subtel (STI), INE, Central Bank, CNTV, etc. Additionally, must review international organizations’ context and studies, generating high-value information for Chile’s and Peru’s regulatory strategy. The candidate is expected to be autonomous and proactive, highly adaptable to requirements, and capable of reflecting the organization’s strategy in their analyses and recommendations. Key responsibilities include... * Prepare periodic reports for various external regulators. * Track and monitor regulatory initiatives in Chile and Peru. * Track and monitor international information and studies. * Support in managing authority requests. * Benchmarking across various industry topics related to regulatory and competition authorities’ actions. * Quarterly updates on the development of regulatory initiatives. * Support other departments by generating information and implementing regulatory requirements. What do we expect from you? * Education: Industrial Civil Engineer or Commercial Engineer. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Skills (specific requirements): Excel: Intermediate level, Data and Graphs handling. Microsoft Access: desirable but not mandatory. * English: Advanced.
