At Falabella Group, we are looking for our next Quality Engineer, based in Santiago, Chile. Today, we operate in 7 Latin American countries, plus offices in China and India. What is the main objective of this role? To contribute to ensuring high functional product quality by identifying primary and alternative user flows. Your Responsibilities: 1\. Automate functional, component, and end-to-end testing processes. Maintain automation scripts and generate regular reports, continuously contributing optimized data to our engineering dashboards. 2\. Proactively identify alternative user story flows and incorporate them into test cases. To build a robust and comprehensive test suite. 3\. Analyze quality metrics and implement measurements. To assess test effectiveness and efficiency, and measure overall product quality. 4\. Produce test metrics, analysis, and test reports. To provide an evaluation of the product’s overall stability and readiness for release. 5\. Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, and customer service teams. To understand real-world customer usage patterns and develop test plans and suites that closely mirror actual environments. 6\. Collaborate with software development teams and business owners. To ensure an automated test infrastructure and validate all aspects of product functionality. 7\. Analyze and test production defects. To quickly identify the root cause, product, or release responsible for the issue, enabling faster resolution. Requirements: * Required: Degree in Computer Engineering, Technical Diploma in Computing, or Electronics Engineering. * Preferred: Courses or bootcamps in Back End development. * Proficiency in automated testing using NodeJS \+ Webdriver. * Minimum 2 years of QA experience. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Availability to work on-site twice per week (mandatory). * Spaces to create and innovate. * You’ll be part of a place full of development opportunities. * Meaningful work that promotes quality of life. * Participation in volunteer programs. * Be part of an energetic company!
