Job Description SW278 Digital Solutions SpA is seeking a **Technology Project Manager** to lead and coordinate technology projects from planning through implementation. The individual will be responsible for organizing teams, timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring initiatives meet business objectives and quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Plan and manage technology projects from initiation to closure. * Define scope, schedule, budget, resources, and key deliverables. * Coordinate technology, product, operations, and business teams. * Manage vendors, partners, and stakeholders. * Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, budget, and milestone adherence. * Facilitate follow-up meetings and keep involved teams informed. * Identify issues and coordinate corrective actions. * Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. * Support digital transformation, cloud, automation, and system enhancement initiatives. * Promote sound project management practices and continuous improvement. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience managing technology or digital projects. * Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies or traditional project management approaches. * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar. * Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors. * Strong skills in planning, budgeting, risk management, and project tracking. * Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate or advanced English is desirable. * PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
