Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead the development and implementation of artificial vision solutions in mining, managing customers, contracts, and teams to ensure success. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead artificial vision projects in the mining industry. 2. Manage customer and supplier relationships in mining projects. 3. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success. A leading company in the development and implementation of artificial vision-based solutions—focused on monitoring processes and operational conditions in the mining industry—is seeking a Project Engineer. Its systems enable quantitative data acquisition and real-time analysis, facilitating timely decision-making in production and maintenance areas. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct site visits to mining operations to coordinate project progress, supervise ongoing activities, and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards. * Manage customer and supplier relationships, actively participating in coordination, follow-up, and requirement-resolution meetings. * Support contract administration, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, costs, and scopes. * Monitor and control project progress, ensuring deliverable quality and achievement of defined objectives. * Participate in and represent the company at technical and management meetings, both internal and external. * Prepare progress reports, technical reports, and associated project documentation. * Coordinate field and office-based work teams, promoting a collaborative, results-oriented environment. * Operate corporate vehicles both in urban areas and at mining sites, complying with current safety regulations. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and development within the mining sector. * Medical fitness for work at high geographical altitudes. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Availability to work at the office located in Viña del Mar and to travel frequently to mining sites. * Proficiency in computer tools and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Advanced Excel, or similar). * Desirable experience in cost control, project planning, and monitoring. **Key Competencies** * Leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Time management and organizational skills.
