This opportunity may be for you! We are currently seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our project-based compensation team for a platform migration initiative. Key responsibilities include: extracting, cleansing, and loading historical and current data into the new system; verifying correct migration and loading of historical information; executing unit and integration tests to ensure data consistency and accuracy; developing user manuals and supporting materials; providing functional support to the team and internal clients during the pilot phase; validating compensation-related formulas and concepts, including earnings, deductions, social laws, taxes, and related processes. Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation.
