Job Objective To ensure efficient execution of the production program by appropriately managing available resources, guaranteeing operational continuity and compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and cost standards, thereby contributing to achieving the department’s defined objectives. Main Responsibilities Ensure and manage daily operations consistently with the plant’s overall objectives, departmental goals, and product technical specifications. Implement action plans aimed at achieving the company’s established production targets and performance metrics. Lead and develop the work team, promoting a harmonious, safe, and goal-oriented work environment. Monitor and manage operational deviations, promptly reporting anomalies or contingencies to supervisors. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards related to food quality and safety, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, energy and water efficiency, and biosecurity. Requirements Academic Qualifications Completed Secondary Education (mandatory). Desirable technical training in Food Science, Biochemistry, Agro-industry, Agricultural Sciences, or related fields. Experience Desirable minimum of 2 years’ experience in production companies or similar settings. Required Knowledge Food Quality and Safety. Basic concepts of Risk Prevention and Accident Investigation. Emergency Plans and Fire Extinguisher Handling. Environmental aspects associated with production processes. Waste handling and segregation. Awareness of natural resource conservation. Desirable Knowledge Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, or ISO 45001\. Team leadership.
