We seek a Higher-Level Technician or related professional with formal studies in Computer Science, Programming, Systems, Automation, Technology, or related fields. As a Process Control and Development Analyst, we expect you to be passionate about technology and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for receiving, managing, and tracking support tickets related to internal systems—especially SAP Business One, automations, and RPA. Your main responsibilities will include providing functional/technical support to internal users, analyzing user requirements to propose solutions that improve administrative processes, and supporting the development, maintenance, and enhancement of applications, reports, automations, and internal tools.
