BancoEstado Group is looking for its next Process Continuity Specialist for its Microenterprises Branch at the Head Office building.
What we are looking for:
We seek a Process Continuity Specialist committed to our company’s values.
What will you do in this role?
Execute and maintain continuity of critical processes according to the service delivery model and current regulations, meeting defined service time and quality standards.
Your main challenges will be:
* Manage customer complaints, complying with BancoEstado Group’s defined standards.
* Address, manage, and resolve requirements from the Branch Network and Head Office related to business processes, hardware, and MAU equipment, in accordance with defined standards.
* Manage administration and creation of job positions, access accounts, and privileges for BEME staff.
* Monitor and manage stability of BEME/BECH systems, remote access availability, and raise timely alerts when necessary.
* Stay updated on regulatory and business knowledge, especially regarding changes or launches of new products or processes. Likewise, keep the knowledge base and area processes up to date.
* Administer and maintain contingency plans to ensure Operational Continuity, reporting incident and alert statuses based on requests handled by the Help Desk.
* Systematically and promptly administer, maintain, analyze, and propose improvements to control panels under the area’s responsibility. Produce management reports on service-level commitments for area processes through control panel administration.

Position Details
* Contract Type: Fixed-term (6 months), with potential conversion to indefinite-term based on performance.
* Work Modality: On-site.
* Location: Banco Estado Microempresas Head Office, located in Santiago Centro, RM.
* Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
**Candidate Requirements**

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Advanced Power BI skills; SQL knowledge required. Power Apps and Power Automate are desirable.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
* Knowledge of process continuity and improvement.

**Selection Process**

Competency Evaluation: Candidates who pass the group stage will undergo an individual evaluation conducted by a specialized consultant, who will thoroughly analyze their competencies and potential for the position.
Final Interview: Recommended candidates will be invited to a final interview with a committee composed of area managers, where the final decision will be made.
Process Duration: On average, our selection processes take between 30 to 35 business days.
