Opportunity for professional and personal growth * Full-time schedule * Internship * Valparaíso Region * Valparaíso At Ultramar Agencia Marítima, a company specializing in foreign trade and ranked among the best places to work in Chile (according to the Great Place To Work 2023 ranking), we are looking for an **Operational Excellence Intern** based in **Valparaíso.** **Job Mission:** Provide support to the administrative area and the Quality Management System, assisting with administrative and support tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Support month-end closing activities**, including collection and consolidation of operational information. * **Collaborate in the review, preparation, and reversal of provisions** for the area. * **Update management indicators (KPIs)** and assist in generating periodic reports. * **Conduct basic variance analyses** and support the identification of operational deviations. * **Maintain and update internal databases** used for reporting. * **Assist in preparing executive reports** and internal presentations. * **Participate in continuous improvement activities**, documenting processes and optimization proposals. * **Provide administrative and operational support** to the Operational Excellence team as required. **Requirements** * Valid School Insurance * Students pursuing degrees in Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. **What We Offer:** * Paid internship. * Opportunity for professional and personal growth within the Holding. * Monthly snack allowance.
