Support in testing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP). **Job Description** ---------------------- At Compraquí, we are looking for an Operational Continuity Analyst. Position Objective Continuously monitor platform status, manage alerts and incidents, and ensure uninterrupted operation of critical acquirer services. Main Responsibilities 1\.\-Proactive monitoring of systems and payment platform infrastructure. 2\.\-Timely receipt, logging, and escalation of alerts and incidents. 3\.\-Coordination of incident response with IT support, infrastructure teams, and external vendors. 4\.\-Participation in verification and validation of production deployments. 5\.\-Detailed documentation of events, incidents, and recovery times. 6\.\-Generation of availability and operational continuity reports. 7\.\-Support in testing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP). 8\.\-Compliance with internal incident management protocols and procedures. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Familiarity with system monitoring tools. * Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience coordinating with support teams and vendors.
