Technical support for help desk and service desk **INVENTA S.A.** seeks to incorporate a **Network and Cybersecurity Administrator**, whose mission will be to administer the telecommunications infrastructure, perimeter security, and server room in the data center, ensuring connectivity, backups, security, and server virtualization to safeguard operational continuity. Main Responsibilities: * Systems and connectivity maintenance * Monitor the proper execution of various services delivered by servers * Track and maintain continuity of services and client devices * Provide technical support to the help desk and service desk teams * Configure access and security for networks and servers of INVENTA S.A.'s clients Desired Profile: * Proficiency with Fortinet firewalls, MikroTik routers, Cisco (firewall, router, switch), and HP switches * Experience in this or a similar role Minimum Education Requirements: Higher education level Technical Degree in Computing and Informatics Bachelor's Degree in Informatics / Systems Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications University Technical Degree in Telecommunications and Networks Civil Engineering Degree in Computing and Informatics Bachelor's Degree in Computing and Informatics Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Informatics, and Communications **FULL-TIME ON-SITE POSITION** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Application Questions: * What is your availability? * What are your salary expectations?
