The main objective of this role is to provide support, maintain, and diagnose failures in the institution's computer equipment. Additionally, the person will be responsible for providing basic-level support for existing systems within the institution, according to training provided by their supervisor or designated personnel. Regarding job conditions, this position involves a 40-hour workweek, distributed from Monday to Saturday, and requires an IN-PERSON modality. SHIFT A: Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 17:45 and Friday 8:30 to 15:15 hours. SHIFT B: Monday to Friday 9:30 to 18:15 hours. SHIFT C: Monday to Friday 11:15 to 20:00 hours. SHIFT D: Monday to Friday 7:30 to 15:15 and Saturday 8:30 to 13:30 hours. SHIFT E: Monday to Friday 7:30 to 16:15 hours.
