We are seeking an analyst with strong analytical orientation and curiosity to transform data into useful information and ensure inventory integrity and traceability.

We seek a person with strong analytical orientation, curiosity, and the ability to transform data into useful information for operations.
Your main challenge will be to contribute to inventory integrity and logistics process traceability by identifying deviations, analyzing their root causes, and generating insights that enable risk anticipation and support decision-making.
To achieve this, you will work with data from various sources, develop reporting and dashboards, participate in audits, and collaborate directly with Operations, Store, and Receiving teams to drive concrete process improvements. What will be your key challenges?
Analyze discrepancies between physical inventory and system records, identifying causes, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
Participate in the planning and execution of cyclic and general inventories.
Analyze product movements and stock ledgers, ensuring accurate inventory traceability.
Monitor merchandise receipts, shipments, transfers, returns, and shrinkage.
Detect risks associated with operational errors, losses, shrinkage, or potential vulnerabilities in processes.
Conduct inventory and process audits, documenting findings and tracking action plans.
Generate management reports to visualize trends, deviations, and operationally relevant alerts.
Extract, clean, and transform data from SAP, WMS, and Excel.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for monitoring inventory KPIs, shrinkage, and loss prevention.
Automate data consolidation and transformation processes using Power Query and Microsoft Access.
Maintain structured databases enabling historical tracking of key operational indicators.
Present analyses, findings, and background information in meetings across departments, contributing to defining and tracking improvement actions.

Intermediate–advanced Excel.

Report development and results presentation.
