




Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to ensure uninterrupted production by efficiently managing raw material flows and stock levels, while adhering to quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Newrest, a leading company in food services and operational support, is looking for a **Warehouse Manager** to join its team in Angol. The primary objective of this position is to **guarantee uninterrupted production**, by efficiently managing raw material flows and stock levels, in compliance with the company’s established quality, hygiene, and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** **Procurement and Production Management** * Ensure adequate raw material and supply stock for production, meeting quality and budgetary efficiency standards. * Verify raw material availability by checking quantities and quality against internal planning (meeting minutes and work orders). * Identify deviations, leaks, overstock, and losses. * Promptly inform Production of any potential stock issues to adjust meeting minutes accordingly. * Ensure raw material flows align with daily planning (portions, formats, meeting minutes). **Quality and Internal Process Management** * Administer the warehouse quality management system, ensuring compliance with procedures for receiving, storage, and dispatch (temperatures, quantities, formats, technical dates). * Supervise proper application of hygiene and safety standards in facilities and during staff task execution. * Plan raw material requirements with Head Office Procurement and manage urgent orders. * Coordinate with centralized and external suppliers, verifying delivery dates for critical products. **Documentation Control and Reporting** * Generate reports, records, and documentation according to company methods and deadlines. * Conduct rotating inventories, adjustment reports, and loss reports. * Monitor data entry (invoices, raw material and supply flows) into systems and web portals. * Fulfill hygiene and safety reporting requirements. **Team Management** * Manage assigned personnel in accordance with company policies. * Participate in recruitment, technical-operational onboarding, and performance evaluations. * Organize and assign tasks, define priorities, and supervise correct use of equipment. * Monitor attendance, leave requests, overtime, and vacation time, generating HR reports. * Directly train the team on technical, safety, and quality aspects. **Job Requirements:** * Technical degree in **Administration**, **Logistics**, or related field. * Prior experience in warehouse management and stock control (food/industrial sector preferred). * Proficiency in record-keeping and control systems. * Knowledge of quality, hygiene, and safety regulations. * Leadership and team management skills. **Benefits** * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. * Friendly and collaborative work environment. * Continuous learning and training opportunities. * On-site meals. * Compensation Fund. ✨ Join our team and become part of one of Chile’s top companies in global food services.
