Support for IT service operational continuity **On-Site IT Support Technician Level 2 – Valparaíso Region** At Grupo Fractalia, we are currently seeking an IT Support Technician Level 2 to join upcoming technology support projects in the Valparaíso Region. We seek service-oriented individuals with experience in end-user support and the ability to resolve technical incidents on-site. **Main Responsibilities** * In-person user support and assistance. * Hardware and software incident diagnosis and resolution. * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment. * Support for Windows environments and Microsoft Office 365\. * Basic network configuration and support. * Ticket and incident management and tracking. * On-site support activities related to IT service operational continuity. **Requirements** * Technical or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Computing, Systems, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support experience with end users. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems. * Experience supporting Office 365\. * Basic knowledge of networks and connectivity. * Availability for on-site work. * Residence in the Valparaíso Region or willingness to commute. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in industrial, mining, or on-site service environments. * Knowledge of Active Directory. * Experience using ticketing management tools. * Ability to work independently and customer-oriented mindset. **Conditions** * Work modality: 100% on-site. * Location: Valparaíso Region \- Catemu * Schedule: 4x3 shift\. * Availability for on-site work.
