Data analysis and strategic reporting (SQL / Power BI). **IT Support Specialist – Aquaculture Industry** ------------------------------------------------------------ A leading technology services company is seeking an **IT Support Specialist** to provide specialized support to aquaculture processing plants. **IMPACT OF THE ROLE** You will be the **Specialist responsible for ensuring operational continuity of our aquaculture-sector clients’ technological systems**, delivering specialized support to teams, applications, and IT platforms involved in production and value-added processes. Your work will be critical to **traceability, system stability, and efficient incident resolution**, acting as a strategic technology partner for processing plants and aquaculture operations—ensuring business continuity and high service standards. **CHALLENGES FOR THIS POSITION:** ✔ **Manage and resolve IT support tickets**, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs with a focus on customer experience. ✔ **Provide support for MES systems and production platforms**, diagnosing incidents and proposing effective solutions. ✔ **Analyze data and generate strategic reports** (SQL / Power BI), enhancing visibility and control over production processes. ✔ **Implement technology projects and drive continuous improvement.** **Profile** * Degree in Computer Science or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technology consulting. * Experience in ticket management, KPI tracking, and SLA compliance. * Proficiency with ERP systems and databases (SQL Server preferred). * Experience in the aquaculture industry or processing plants (highly valued). * Customer orientation, autonomy, and analytical capability.
