Our mission is clear: to protect people.** We are currently looking for the best **IT Support Intern**, located in the commune of Las Condes, who will be responsible for the following: * Provide technological support to internal users, delivering efficient and timely assistance. * Perform remote and/or on-site corrective maintenance on computer equipment, software, hardware, and printers. * Handle requests via the Helpdesk platform and by telephone. * Administer the Active Directory system. * Carry out preventive maintenance tasks, operating system updates, and application updates. ### **What Are We Looking For?** * Students pursuing degrees in Computer Engineering, Network Administration, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Active Directory. * Fundamental understanding of networking and telephony. * Experience with Office 365 tools is desirable. * Responsible, organized, proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic about teamwork. ### **Work Modality and Schedule** * Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:30 hrs, with flexibility for academic commitments. * 100% on-site work in the commune of Las Condes. * Minimum 360-hour internship. **What Do We Offer?** * ### **Paid internship.** * ### **Meal allowance.
