The professional will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and guaranteeing the quality of solutions delivered to internal and external clients. Main Responsibilities * **Project Planning**: Define project schedules, resources, and objectives for technology projects. * **Team Management**: Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams. * **Progress Monitoring**: Supervise milestone and deliverable completion. * **Risk Management**: Identify risks and propose mitigation plans. * **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain smooth communication and ensure client satisfaction. * **Process Optimization**: Implement agile methodologies and project management best practices. * **Executive Reporting**: Present progress and results to senior management. Requirements * Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * 5\+ years of experience in **IT Project Management**. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and PMI. * Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar. * Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. * Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) are highly valued.
