Job Description We are seeking an **IT Project Manager** to lead the planning, execution, and control of strategic technology projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely delivery, and optimizing resources to guarantee the success of each initiative. Key Responsibilities * **IT Project Management**: Define objectives, schedules, and required resources. * **Team Leadership**: Coordinate and motivate professionals from diverse areas. * **Progress Monitoring**: Track milestones and ensure timely delivery. * **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate potential obstacles during execution. * **Stakeholder Engagement**: Maintain effective communication with clients and strategic partners. * **Executive Reporting**: Prepare progress reports for senior management. Requirements * Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Computing Engineering, Project Management, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in IT project management. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (PMI). * Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello). * Leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.
