Provide user support and manage service tickets. **Job Description** We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Technician to provide technical support and ensure operational continuity of the organization's systems, equipment, and technological services. **Responsibilities** * Handle and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity incidents. * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals. * Provide user support and manage service tickets. * Support the operation and maintenance of networks, servers, and IT services. * Monitor and report incidents, escalating issues as appropriate. * Maintain up-to-date documentation and IT asset inventory. * Follow IT security procedures and best practices. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Computer Science, Computing, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field. * Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and TCP/IP networking. * Experience in diagnosing and resolving incidents. * Proficiency with ticketing/ITSM tools. * Ability to work collaboratively, service-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills.
