Manage risks, incidents, and contingency plans. **Interim Services Company** is looking for an **IT Infrastructure Project Manager**, responsible for leading IT infrastructure technology projects, ensuring proper planning, execution, and control of on\-premise and cloud (Microsoft Azure) solutions, aligned with business strategic objectives and security and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead IT infrastructure projects from planning through final delivery. * Coordinate the implementation and management of on\-premise and cloud (Azure) environments. * Define and control project schedules, budgets, and resources. * Manage risks, incidents, and contingency plans. * Coordinate internal teams and technology vendors. * Ensure compliance with security policies, regulations, and IT best practices. * Prepare progress reports and presentations for management. **Requirements** * Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure projects. * Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (implementation, administration, and/or migrations). * Experience in on\-premise environments: servers, networks, and storage. * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence or others). * Knowledge of virtualization, Active Directory, VPN, and firewalls. * PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master or related certifications are desirable. **Knowledge and Skills** * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams * Project planning and control * Effective communication with technical and executive areas * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability **Location:** Santiago Center **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Schedule:** To be confirmed **Compensation:** Compensation expectations required. **Important:** At Fuerza Laboral, we promote equal opportunities.
