The Information Technology Management department of AFP Habitat seeks to incorporate an **IT Expense Analyst** into its IT Governance Submanagement. We are looking for an analytical professional focused on control and continuous improvement, who contributes to the efficient management of technological resources through monitoring of expenses, contracts, suppliers, and management indicators, thereby supporting decision-making and achieving departmental objectives.
The primary responsibility will be to manage and control expenses associated with suppliers, contracts, and Information Technology services, including tracking of financial commitments, supporting documentation, and management indicators—aiming to ensure appropriate resource utilization, strengthen established controls, and provide relevant information for IT Management’s decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the review and processing of invoices, purchase orders, goods receipt confirmations, and related documentation for technology suppliers.
* Monitor expenditure execution related to contracts, licenses, technology services, and strategic suppliers.
* Track financial commitments, accruals, purchase orders, and pending obligations, identifying potential deviations.
* Maintain up-to-date records of expenses, contracts, suppliers, and technology services.
* Prepare and analyze management reports and indicators related to expenses, contracts, and financial commitments.
* Monitor contract, license, and technology service expiration and renewal dates.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and controls related to IT expense management.
* Coordinate and track cross-departmental commitments and initiatives led by IT Management.
**Requirements:**
* Education: Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Information and Management Control, or related field.
* Experience: 2–4 years of experience in expense control and monitoring, financial processes, and contract and supplier management.
* Knowledge: Advanced Excel, corporate ERP systems, invoice and tax document management, purchase order control, report and indicator development, contract and supplier management.
