We are seeking an **Internal Communications and HR Intern** to support our HR department’s internal communication processes. **What challenges await you?** * Draft, design, and disseminate internal communications regarding activities, programs, benefits, and relevant company news. * Design of graphic materials (visual assets such as flyers, digital posters, presentations, and intranet or internal network posts). * Adhere to the internal content calendar (content grid), ensuring timely and accurate message delivery. * Support the creation of thematic campaigns for key dates (Mother’s Day, National Holidays, Safety Week, etc.). * Participate in the execution of workplace climate campaigns, internal surveys, well-being activities, and other HR-organized events. * Edit basic video pieces or simple animations if required (proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar is ideal). **What do we need from you?** * Currently enrolled in an internship program in Corporate Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Proactivity and strong creative ability. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (Canva preferred). * Strong organizational and task-tracking skills.
