Position: Integrated Contract Administration Manager \- Rajo Inca Operation Position Purpose: To control the financial and administrative management of a business unit under the Operations Directorate, in accordance with strategies, policies, and procedures established by the Operations Directorate’s Management Control Sub-Directorate, for administration and control of management indicators. Main Responsibilities: Monitor procurement procedure compliance Control costs Monitor receipts Manage fixed asset number requests Oversee custody and administration of fixed assets Timely reporting of incidents, disposals, and receipt of fixed assets Maintenance management Backlog review Review of forecasts and repairs Prepare management reports to monitor compliance and conduct monthly budget reviews Develop and establish operational management indicators Prepare and deliver outlooks and risk opportunities Analysis of results and recovery of pending collections Review payment statements regarding amounts, rates, services, and others Forecasting control of subcontractors Monthly tracking and collection of customer reimbursements Tracking and control of spare parts consumption Review of warranties Spare parts consumption Annual budget preparation **Desired Profile** ------------------ Job Requirements: Professional degree in: Industrial Engineering Technician, Commercial Engineer, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. Mandatory: Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency and advanced budget control and management skills.
