About the role ? Lead the proper development, coordination of review, and implementation of documents related to the quality management system (QMS) based on ISO 9001 standards and risk-based thinking within assigned processes/projects. ? Advise process/project managers and actively participate in developing quality management documentation, track progress, and implement improvements to ensure QMS compliance. ? Ensure planning and execution of dissemination and implementation of procedures enabling necessary training, education, and awareness for personnel regarding quality matters. ? Support the Business Development area in preparing proposals and/or bids within areas of expertise. ? Develop Quality plans and programs for processes/projects and other related QMS planning documents. ? Generate and/or monitor Non-Conforming Products/Services, corrective actions, and other improvement actions as applicable, including assessing their effectiveness. ? Collaborate in evaluating suppliers and subcontractors on matters related to the QMS when required. ? Schedule and conduct internal audits on processes/projects and provide support during external audits related to quality management.
