This position offers an opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Responsibilities** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents. * Install, configure, and update equipment and applications. * Manage support requests and log support tickets. * Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate team. * Perform preventive maintenance on computer equipment. * Document applied solutions and technical procedures. * Ensure efficient and high-quality user support. **Requirements** * Technical diploma or education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * Prior experience in technical support or help desk roles. * Knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and networks. * Ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot problems. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. * Proactive attitude and teamwork orientation. * Availability for full-time employment. Salary: $14\.400 \- $18\.000 per year Work Location: On-site employment
