What will you do? Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them clearly and effectively for the technical team. Optimize processes through the design of detailed functional documentation, including flowcharts, use cases, and process maps. Manage stakeholders and facilitate communication, leading key meetings and validating that delivered solutions meet expectations through functional testing (UAT). What are we looking for? A degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields in technology and process management. At least 2 years of solid experience working as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst. Mandatory knowledge and experience in processes related to: E-commerce, Point-of-Sale (POS), Payment Methods, and Promotions Systems. Expert-level proficiency in requirements elicitation, analysis methodologies, and risk management in projects. Intermediate English level (preferred).
