Main responsibilities: Conducting diagnostic assessments and developing therapeutic intervention plans. Planning and implementing social interventions aimed at restoring children's rights. Direct intervention with program users, including counseling, advisory services, crisis intervention, emotional support, and strengthening parental competencies. Coordinating with local networks for joint case management. Attending court hearings. Preparing reports for courts. Welcoming all children, adolescents, and youth (LNNA) and their families entering the project, as well as their significant adults. Providing social support to adults participating in the project (origin and foster families).
