Join us as our next **Ergonomics Specialist \- Talca**, and together let’s make Chile the country that best cares for workers and their families. **What Are the Position Objectives?** ---------------------------------------- Support the control and prevention of ergonomic risks present in the workplace to contribute to institutional strategic objectives aimed at reducing the incidence of health disorders caused by ergonomic mismatches. **What Will Be Your Main Challenges?** ------------------------------------------- * Provide advisory services in ergonomics, including designing creative, technically feasible, and cost-effective solutions to specific problems associated with the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders, thereby supporting the implementation of strategies for controlling and preventing ergonomic risk factors present in the workplace. * Evaluate the ergonomics of job positions/work processes in affiliated companies and apply technical tools for identifying, assessing, and proposing design and improvement of working conditions to help reduce the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders within the ACHS Network. * Deliver training in occupational biomechanics, anthropometry, and work physiology to promote knowledge dissemination aimed at controlling and preventing ergonomic risk factors present in the workplace. * Plan and independently implement interventions related to your specialty in affiliated companies, coordinating with the prevention-health-commercial team of local agencies, while defining, coordinating, and managing technical and human resources required to execute your work program, thereby contributing to the reduction of occupational disease incidence within the ACHS Network. **What Requirements Must You Meet?** ---------------------------------- * Education: Degree in Kinesiology, Executive Engineering or Civil Engineering (Occupational Risk Prevention, Mechanical, Industrial, or another technical specialty) * Minimum of 1 year of professional experience. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. **What Benefits Will You Receive?** ------------------------------ * Opportunity to enhance your professional development through the Collaborator Scholarship Program, Continuous Training Program, Leadership School, and others. * And numerous benefits oriented toward your physical, emotional, financial, and social well-being **We invite you to join this challenge!** *At ACHS, we are committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
