Perform or manage preventive or corrective maintenance on various critical support systems and company Utilities systems — HVAC, Compressed Air, N2, Thermal Plant, Cooling Towers, Water Plant, and manufacturing equipment. ? Perform or manage repairs, replacements, or fabrication of basic machine, system, or equipment components. ? Perform or manage corrective services in response to operational abnormalities across various systems, manufacturing equipment, and Utilities. ? Conduct daily inspections to identify potential failures in systems and service networks. ? Record daily consumption meter readings. ? Identify symptomatic variables in critical support systems and production equipment. ? Generate work orders associated with assigned responsibilities promptly and progressively develop checklists related to preventive maintenance activities. ? Conduct periodic system evaluations and detect the existence of critical spare parts. What are we looking for? Higher technical or university-level professional; Executive Engineer in Automation, Electromechanics, Air Conditioning, or related field.
