If you share our bold mindset of being best-in-class, we want you on board \#wewantyouIN. **Your Future Role** The EHS Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving strategies and management systems that ensure safety, occupational health, and environmental protection across all SYSO operations and services in Chile, Peru, and Argentina. This role must ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate and international standards, minimize risks, reduce incidents, promote a safety and quality culture, and support the business strategy toward sustainability. **Responsibilities** * Lead integrated systems management through audits, inspections, and follow-up activities. * Ensure legal, regulatory, and statutory compliance regarding safety, occupational health, environment, and quality. * Guarantee risk prevention, assessment, and mitigation. * Promote EHS training and culture across the company. * Support projects, services, and/or operations, ensuring EHS plans and programs are fulfilled from planning through execution. * Lead supplier/contractor management. * Lead emergency management and response. * Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement (e.g., authorities, customers, regulatory bodies). **Your Profile** * University degree in Occupational Risk Prevention Engineering, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles within mining (Mandatory) * Valid registration as an Occupational Risk Prevention Expert * Knowledge and application of Chilean regulations: DS 132, DS 594, DS 44, Law 16\.744 * Knowledge and application of Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 9001\-14001 and 45001 standards) * Knowledge of environmental regulations (Law 19\.300, DS 148, DS 90, DS 38, SMA). * Compliance with electrical safety requirements and MINSAL protocols. \-Expert in Mining Extraction Industry Safety \- Sernageomin B (Mandatory) * Additional postgraduate education or certifications in occupational safety, occupational health, environmental management, or quality (Desirable) * Microsoft Office 365 Intermediate level * Proficiency in continuous improvement tools (Desirable) * Intermediate English (Mandatory) **Ready to drive the future with us?
