Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to drive the adoption of the digital portfolio in Robotic Surgery, acting as a strategic partner between customers and internal teams. Key Highlights: 1. Identify business opportunities with multidisciplinary teams. **We are hiring: Digital Sales Representative!** **Location:** Santiago, Chile We are seeking a professional to drive the adoption of the digital portfolio in Robotic Surgery, acting as a strategic partner between customers and internal teams. Your primary objective will be to promote digital solutions, support surgeon and clinical team training, and identify business opportunities that contribute to operational growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Drive adoption and utilization of digital solutions among surgeons and clinical teams; * Conduct training sessions and provide user support; * Develop relationships with strategic customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs); * Identify business opportunities jointly with multidisciplinary teams; * Support product demonstrations, events, and market development initiatives; * Manage the sales pipeline and CRM-related activities. **Requirements:** * Completed university degree; * Experience in software sales, business development in the healthcare sector, or medical devices; * Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with healthcare professionals and hospital leaders; * Proactive, organized profile with adaptability to dynamic environments; * **Intermediate to advanced English (required for participation in training).** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of HL7, PACS, DICOM, and EPIC interfaces; * Experience in hospital settings or operating rooms; * Experience delivering training to physicians and healthcare professionals; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
