Explore a world of possibilities—and join our team! **Position Objective:** Lead Explora’s technological transformation by designing and executing an IT roadmap aligned with the corporate strategy and international expansion. The role’s mission is to ensure efficient, scalable, and consistent operations across all destinations, elevating the traveler experience through innovative digital solutions and robust data, systems, and cybersecurity management. **Key Responsibilities:** Design and update the IT roadmap aligned with the corporate strategy and international growth. Implement a technology project prioritization model with clear KPIs. Ensure technology and security standards, policies, and best practices. Lead the unification and integration of critical systems (ERP, PMS, CRM, inventory). Drive digitalization of key operational processes to achieve efficiency and consistency across lodges. Manage the full lifecycle of critical applications and platforms. Design and safeguard a single source of truth for the 360° Customer. Promote the use of advanced analytics and business-applied artificial intelligence. Ensure standardized, secure, and scalable technology infrastructure across all destinations and headquarters. Oversee networks, hardware, and platforms to guarantee operational continuity. Design contingency plans, redundancy strategies, and cybersecurity protocols. Implement technology solutions that enhance the traveler experience before, during, and after the journey. Lead pilots and trials of new tools delivering value to operations, teams, and travelers. Conduct ongoing benchmarking against the international industry. Develop the technology capabilities of both the IT team and end-user departments. Foster secure technology usage practices and a digital culture across the organization. Manage and develop the Innovation, Systems, Data, and IT Support team. Application Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in technology roles with team leadership responsibilities. Proven experience in digital transformation projects, systems integration, and data architecture. Experience managing distributed infrastructure (multi-site), preferably in remote or 24/7 operational environments. Desired experience in hospitality, tourism, multi-location operations, or organizations with strong operational components. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, operations, and executive stakeholders. Knowledge of ERP, PMS, CRM, and systems applied to hotel operations or multinational retail.
