At Falabella Retail, we are looking for our next Data Scientist, based in Santiago, Chile. Today, we operate in 7 Latin American countries, plus offices in China and India. What is the main objective of this role? To serve as the analytical engine driving innovative and strategic decisions, leveraging the power of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI to transform data into exponential growth opportunities. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * Design, maintain, and optimize Artificial Intelligence algorithms and models, focused on solving specific use cases in the retail sector. * Lead the automation of analytical workflows, improving operational efficiency and reducing execution time for key processes. * Develop and deploy predictive and generative solutions to build new AI-powered functionalities. * Prepare presentations for stakeholders, delivering key insights and data-driven recommendations. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions. * Develop dashboards and reports that facilitate decision-making and demonstrate the impact of solutions. * Document processes, methodologies, and findings from analyses in a structured manner, promoting knowledge reuse and standardization.
