We are looking for a professional to join the **AI \& Data** team, focused on the operation and support of **OpenTelemetry**-based observability pipelines, along with support for **DataOps** services and processes. **Key Responsibilities:** **Observability / OpenTelemetry** * Operate and maintain pipelines based on the **OpenTelemetry Collector**. * Ensure proper ingestion, processing, and export of telemetry from multiple sources. * Diagnose and resolve issues related to: * Data loss * Pipeline latency * Ingestion and export failures * Analyze correlations among logs, metrics, and traces to identify incidents and improvement opportunities. * Administer and support the OpenTelemetry runtime in Microsoft Azure environments. **DataOps and Operational Support** * Monitor, diagnose, and resolve incidents in data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. * Provide support for Python-based applications interacting with SQL databases. * Perform minor adjustments, optimizations, and development in Python and SQL. * Identify opportunities to improve automations and data flows. **Operations and Governance** * Ensure operational continuity of data and observability services. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation. * Collaborate with internal teams to prevent incidents and improve platform stability. **What do you need for this role?:** **✅ Mandatory Requirements** * Experience with **OpenTelemetry** and/or observability platforms (logs, metrics, traces, and distributed troubleshooting). * **Strong knowledge of:** * **Python** (debugging, scripting, and application support) * **SQL** (analysis, optimization, and issue resolution) * Experience in **advanced technical troubleshooting**. * Knowledge of **Microsoft Azure**, especially in: * Containers * Networking * Runtime and associated services * **Bonus points:** * Experience supporting and operating production systems. * Knowledge of DataOps and observability in cloud environments. * Experience working with monitoring and telemetry platforms. * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. **Why choose Accenture?** **A truly unique workplace—discover some of the benefits we offer you:** Career development Flexible working hours \+50,000 training courses and programs available (online and in-person) Libraries, books, and podcasts ️Language learning program * Free certifications through our partners! \+900 Reinventors certified in Chile GenAI Academy, with exclusive programs for Accenture.
