




CGS Company is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team at the service center of an important state agency. Our customer service representatives will be responsible for providing service, ensuring that all inquiries, concerns, and requests are handled efficiently and effectively. Selected candidates must have excellent communication skills, be proactive, possess a high level of customer orientation, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. **WORKING HOURS:** * 44 hours per week, on-site work with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 19:00 hrs. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Ability and flexibility to adapt to different working schedules. * Previous experience in customer service is highly valued. * Proficiency in computer tools and customer service systems. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **COMPENSATION:** * 44-hour workweek: $580,000 (gross) + monthly legal bonus. We offer our employees 12 days of training, which will be conducted in person at our facilities in Santiago Center (steps away from Universidad de Chile metro station), and will be compensated at $3,000 gross per day.
