Your mission will be to provide personalized service to prospective tenants in assigned buildings within the Eastern sector of Santiago, applying service standards and actively acquiring new clients. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Provide personalized service to each prospective client, applying Assetplan’s established methodology and processes. * Organize and lead building and unit tours, defining the sequence and key points to highlight. * Manage the full customer service workflow in the system: lead contact, visit coordination and confirmation, and prospect follow-up—with defined response timeframes. * Accurately record reasons for closing each lead, ensuring zero closures due to inactivity. * Publish property listings on media and social networks, maintaining visual aesthetics and content quality. * Clearly and technically communicate lease terms, pricing, adjustments, and contractual requirements. * Prepare formal quotations in the system for each interested client. * Complete the handover act together with the tenant, documenting the property’s condition, equipment, keys, and meters. * Physically hand over each rented property only after verifying signed contract and receipt of first payment. ### **What Do You Need to Apply?** * Proactive profile with capability and initiative to independently acquire clients. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Prior experience as a real estate agent in the Eastern sector of Santiago or in customer service or sales is desirable. * Conversational English for serving foreign clients (desirable). * Professional network in the Eastern sector (desirable). * Social media proficiency and basic photography/video tools (desirable). * CRM and digital commercial management tools experience (desirable). ### **What We Offer** * A dynamic environment with an innovative team focused on continuous learning. * Benefits including **additional vacation days, co-payment for supplementary health insurance, annual IPC-based salary adjustment, company performance bonus, and more.** ### **Requirements for Internal Applicants** * Must have held the current position for **at least one year**. * Must demonstrate **strong performance and KPI achievement (meeting or exceeding expectations)**. * **Cannot be transferred to a lower-paying position.** * Send an email to the internal recruitment mailbox with CV attached and the applied position stated in the subject line.
