The Operations Coordinator role is critical to our daily operations. You will be responsible for coordinating drivers, organizing trips, and ensuring timely fulfillment of each cargo shipment, working directly with clients and field teams. **What will you do in this role?** * Coordinate and assign the fleet according to daily operational needs. * Plan trips considering customer priorities and urgency. * Ensure adherence to loading and unloading schedules. * Supervise driver performance and achievement of operational targets. * Ensure compliance with company, client, and supplier safety protocols and regulations. * Review and ensure correct delivery of trip documentation (dispatch guides, EIRs, invoices, etc.). * Verify that drivers have the necessary resources to complete trips. * Supervise fund disbursement to drivers and manage expense reports. * Monitor timely entry of transportation data into internal systems. * Supervise the condition and functionality of vehicle safety equipment. **What are we looking for in you?** * Degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination or supervision within the transportation industry. * Ability to organize, prioritize, and resolve day-to-day situations. * Strong team management skills and orientation toward meeting deadlines.
