Our core values are the foundation that make us successful for ourselves, our customers and the planet. **Job Description** **Albemarle Communities Management** is hiring a **Management Control Coordinator** for the **Salar Plant, 4x3 shift.** **What You’ll Do** * Prepare, monitor, and control the budget. * Provide management information for analysis and decision-making. * Prepare reports and track management indicators. * Manage management systems and work procedures. * Execute payment processes within the framework of agreements and work arrangements. * Analyze community project compliance and associated gaps. * Support internal and external audit processes. **What You Bring** **Required:** * University graduate in administration or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Demonstrable knowledge of transactional systems (SAP) and Excel. * Availability to work the 4x3 shift. * Class B Driver’s License (Mandatory, with at least 2 years of validity). **Preferred:** * Experience in managing social and community projects. * Additional studies in finance, management, and/or sustainability. * Intermediate English proficiency. **"Albemarle is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified candidates will be considered for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
