This position plays a key role in real-time monitoring and control of urban distribution, ensuring service continuity and correct delivery execution. In this capacity, the incumbent is responsible for monitoring and coordinating operational routes while maintaining constant communication with customers and recipients to guarantee accurate delivery of healthcare products. The role requires proactive incident tracking, contingency management, and delivery of excellent customer service—fully recognizing the critical nature of shipments and taking necessary actions to ensure timely and secure delivery.
