Position Overview BoonJun Tech is seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced **Contract Specialist** to manage and support the full contract lifecycle. The successful candidate will review, draft, negotiate, administer, and monitor commercial agreements while ensuring contractual obligations, deadlines, risks, and compliance requirements are properly managed. Key Responsibilities * Draft, review, negotiate, and administer commercial and service agreements. * Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from preparation and negotiation through renewal or termination. * Review contractual terms, conditions, pricing, deliverables, service levels, and obligations. * Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. * Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, sales, technology, and operations teams. * Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation. * Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, milestones, deliverables, and compliance requirements. * Support vendor, supplier, client, and technology\-partner agreements. * Assist with contract negotiations and commercial discussions with external parties. * Track amendments, change orders, renewals, and other contractual modifications. * Prepare contract summaries, reports, and management updates. * Ensure agreements comply with applicable company policies and Chilean legal and regulatory requirements. * Assist in resolving contractual issues, disputes, and performance concerns. * Support continuous improvements to contract\-management processes and procedures. Required Qualifications * **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Contract Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.** * **3\+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement, commercial operations, or a related role.** * Strong understanding of commercial contracts, terms and conditions, obligations, and risk management. * Demonstrated ability to review and interpret contractual language and identify potential risks. * Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder\-management skills. * Excellent attention to detail and document\-management abilities. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines. * Knowledge of confidentiality, compliance, data protection, and commercial requirements. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. * Ability to communicate professionally in written and verbal English is an advantage for international contracts. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with **technology, e\-commerce, payment services, SaaS, or digital businesses**. * Knowledge of vendor agreements, software licensing, service\-level agreements, and technology contracts. * Experience with international suppliers, clients, or technology partners. * Familiarity with contract\-management platforms and electronic document systems. * Legal or procurement certification is an advantage. * Experience with contract negotiations involving payment processors, technology providers, or e\-commerce platforms.
