The primary responsibility will be to perform backup, formatting, reinstallation, and configuration of computers affected by a cybersecurity incident, ensuring their proper functionality and compliance with organizational standards. Main Responsibilities * Formatting and operating system installation on desktops and laptops. * Data backup and recovery according to established procedures. * Verification and validation of proper functionality of serviced equipment. * Installation of updates, antivirus software, and basic cybersecurity measures. Requirements * Technical or professional degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, IT Support, or related fields. * Experience in formatting, reinstalling, and configuring computers. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
