Support marketing campaigns and commercial activities, with an attractive salary At Ferretería El Alba, we are strengthening our Marketing and Commercial Development department and seek to hire a Community Manager responsible for managing our digital presence and enhancing the brand’s relationship with its community. We are looking for an organized, creative, approachable, and commercially oriented individual capable of transforming social media into an active communication channel between the company and its customers. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Manage Ferretería El Alba’s social media accounts. * Plan, schedule, and publish content. * Develop the editorial calendar jointly with the designer. * Manage comments, inquiries, and messages received via social media. * Engage with the community and strengthen relationships with our customers. * Forward commercial opportunities to the sales team as appropriate. * Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and commercial activities. * Coordinate actions with Design, Marketing, and Performance teams. * Monitor social media metrics and performance. * Prepare periodic reports. * Support future CRM initiatives, customer loyalty programs, and reactivation efforts. ***Requirements*** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Communications, or related field. * Experience managing social media accounts. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Knowledge of digital metrics. * Organizational skills, initiative, and customer orientation. * Ability to collaborate effectively across departments. * Preferred: Prior experience managing corporate or brand accounts. Examples of accounts, campaigns, or projects completed will be valued. ***Conditions*** * Workplace: Chicureo, Colina * Schedule: Full-time and on-site Salary: $700\.000 \- $800\.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
