Cold Storage Operations Supervisor – Concepción, Biobío Job Summary: We are seeking a Cold Storage Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily cold storage, warehouse, inventory, and distribution activities. What You’ll Do: Coordinate daily cold storage and warehouse operations Supervise and support daily activities within the cold storage facility Monitor receiving, storage, order picking, packaging, and dispatch processes Coordinate inventory movements and assist in maintaining accurate stock records Monitor storage conditions and support proper product handling procedures Coordinate with transportation, logistics, suppliers, and internal teams Track shipments, deliveries, orders, and operational priorities Help resolve issues related to inventory, deliveries, and operations Promote workplace safety, cleanliness, and efficient storage practices Monitor operational performance and prepare basic reports Help improve warehouse and cold chain processes Support scheduling and coordination of team activities Requirements: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, cold storage, distribution, food operations, or a related field Experience coordinating staff or daily operational activities is preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a warehouse or operational environment High attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to manage multiple priorities and delivery deadlines Basic computer and inventory management system proficiency Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional fluency in Spanish is required; English is an advantage Why Work With Us?
