We are looking for an Appointment Scheduling Assistant to join our healthcare team in Chillán, Ñuble. **Key Responsibilities**
**Appointment Scheduling:** Assist patients in booking, modifying, and confirming their medical appointments.
**Patient Care:** Respond to patients’ basic inquiries and refer more complex requests to the appropriate team member.
**Administrative Support:** Accurately enter and update appointment information in internal systems.
**Communication:** Provide professional assistance via telephone, email, and in person.
**Record Management:** Help maintain up-to-date patient and appointment information, following established privacy procedures.
**Team Support:** Collaborate with reception and medical staff to ensure smooth appointment operations.
**What We’re Looking For**
**Experience:** **0–1 year** of experience in customer service, administration, reception, healthcare support, or a related field. Prior experience is valued but not required for candidates with strong communication and organizational skills.
**Education:** Completed secondary education or equivalent. Studies or training in administration, customer service, or healthcare support are advantageous.
**Computer Skills:** Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn appointment scheduling systems and administrative tools.
**Communication:** Strong communication skills, courteous demeanor, and a professional attitude when interacting with patients.
**Organization:** Ability to manage appointment information accurately and follow established procedures.
**Attitude:** We seek a responsible, patient, eager-to-learn individual who feels comfortable working as part of a healthcare team.
Salary: $480\.000 \- $680\.000 per month
Work Location: On-site employment
