Schedule and control the handling of requirements assigned to internal teams and contractors using technological tools, in coordination with Drinking Water and Wastewater Operations Centers. 2\. Keep progress information, task execution status, and work orders up to date through continuous contact with field operational units, both internal and contractor-based. 3\. Contact customers and carry out necessary coordination to ensure timely, effective, and service-satisfaction-oriented responses. 4\. Monitor key performance indicators related to response time, recurrence, callbacks, and repeat incidents, verifying priorities, urgency levels, and corrective actions to prevent customer impact. 5\. Record emergency outages in the company's GIS module, tracking and controlling their execution timelines. 6\. Prepare and register Operational Mass Issues, ensuring accurate and up-to-date associated information. 7\. Schedule and monitor annual faucet maintenance work orders for the territory, assigned to internal teams and/or external contractors. 8\. Generate daily control and task monitoring reports, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with service standards. 9\. Analyze deviations in indicators associated with the Deputy Management, proposing improvement actions and appropriate corrective measures. 10\. Identify and georeference issues in drinking water and wastewater networks affecting requirement resolution. 11\. Ensure, participate in, and promote implementation and development of the company’s management systems according to defined responsibilities. 12\. Perform other duties assigned by management within the scope of this position’s responsibilities. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * TECHNICAL OR UNIVERSITY DEGREE IN EXECUTIVE ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, OR RELATED FIELD. * MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN FLEET MANAGEMENT/ADMINISTRATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS DESIRABLE. * DESIRABLE: DRINKING WATER/WASTEWATER NETWORKS, SANITARY REGULATIONS, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, GIS, SALESFORCE, AND POWER BI. * AVAILABILITY TO WORK IN SHIFTS AND FLEXIBLE HOURS.
