Join us—let’s grow together! **Key Responsibilities:** * **HR Data Architecture & Integrations:** + Design, scale, and maintain the foundational data layer by structuring information sourced from **HiBob** and **Lever**. + Create and operationalize new end-to-end data services to monitor the *Employee Life Cycle*: cost structure by department, talent acquisition metrics, turnover, eNPS, performance, and critical talent tracking. * **Predictive Modeling Development:** + Implement machine learning models applied to People Analytics, such as *attrition* (talent loss) risk prediction, recruitment *time-to-fill* forecasting, and headcount projections/planning. * **Automation & Generative AI (Agents & RAGs):** + Design and implement self-service **AI agents** to resolve queries about internal policies, benefits, and vacation time (ensuring evaluation/eval metrics). + Apply NLP techniques (e.g., *topic modeling* and *sentiment analysis*) via agents to process and extract value from unstructured feedback in surveys, *exit interviews*, and performance *feedback*. * **Governance, Quality & Technical Maintenance:** + Implement and maintain data pipelines and integrated LLM/agent solutions on our internal technical platform (Atlas) through efficient workflows. + Ensure best practices in data engineering and ML/AI: technical documentation, code reviews, prompt versioning, latency monitoring, API cost control, and context management. ### **What Do You Need to Shine?** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading People Analytics initiatives. * Strong proficiency in Python for application development, API integration, and data structures. * Hands-on experience with RAG systems and pipeline construction. * Knowledge of GCP, Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and BigQuery. * Practical experience with intermediate-to-advanced SQL and data handling/transformation tools such as Composer. * Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or multi-tool agent frameworks. * Experience with LLM evaluation architectures: quality metrics, hallucination detection, and prompt benchmarks. * Familiarity with MLOps/LLM Ops practices (Git versioning, CI/CD, Docker containers, observability). * Knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex; vector database expertise. * Experience in fintech or the financial industry is a plus. #LI-LO1 **Our Benefits:** \uD83C\uDF34 **Xepelin Balance** **Vacation Days:** 15 business days.
